Outbound has earned a nomination in the Environment, Social & Sustainability category at the upcoming 2023 Proptech Awards by Proptech Association Australia. This category acknowledges Proptech companies that are driving the integration of Information of Things (IoT) within buildings and cities, with a strong emphasis on technologies that enhance environmental health and elevate community experiences.
The nomination of Outbound in this category showcases the tangible ESG benefits of our service, whilst solving real problems for property developers and residents. Outbound has embedded ESG measuring systems that provide impact assessments to both users and host properties, and automatically plants trees to reforest parts of Australia as a result of every trip taken.

The Property Technology (Proptech) sector in Australia has experienced significant growth in the past three years. Currently, Australia is home to over 600 Proptech businesses, with many new start-ups emerging in response to the changing landscape brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
To acknowledge the remarkable advancements within this sector, the Proptech Association Australia hosts the annual Proptech Awards each year - the only nationally coordinated awards for the industry.
These awards recognize and celebrate innovators who are developing cutting-edge solutions and driving transformative change in various domains of the Proptech industry including residential and commercial real estate, property and facilities management, and construction.
A distinguished panel of more than 50 judges, representing expertise in property, finance, law, academia, sales and marketing, technology, sustainability, inclusion, innovation, and venture capital, evaluates the entries. With over 150 submissions this year, the Proptech Awards are rapidly gaining prominence, building on the success of the previous national awards held in 2021 and 2022.
Outbound will be attending the gala awards dinner at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney on July 19th, where the winners and entries from each category will be announced. On the night, there will also be a special recognition for the "Proptech of the Year" in each category, selected from the individual award winners.
The gala dinner is set to be an exciting evening as the outstanding achievements within the Proptech industry are celebrated. Outbound looks forward to the gala dinner as a chance to build connections within the national Proptech community and be acknowledged for their contributions in this space.
